Merryfield Manor, a remarkable
and splendid house - a latter-day ‘manor house’ (thick-walled,
oak-beamed, Delabole-slate-roofed), granite-built with their own hands
by its owners. Much appreciated for many years, it has its own private
indoor heated swimming pool. It is 100 yards off a very quiet lane,
beside a 114 acre farm which you can walk.
